We're more than a nonprofit;
we're a movement for culinary empowerment
We are always grateful for sponsors that support our initiatives:
Specifically, our goal is to enable The Good Food Fund Colorado and LBCC to broaden the reach of our accessible cooking classes, increase the volume of prepared meals donated to local food pantries, and enhance support for small culinary businesses through accessible kitchen time and incubator services.
We aim to amplify our impact, serving more individuals and families in need while strengthening the foundation of our community's health and resilience.

Culinary Apprenticeship programs
We are excited to present the Culinary Apprenticeship Program (CAP), a groundbreaking initiative by the Good Food Fund Colorado, aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty through job training and placement. Our vision is to shorten the line in our community by addressing the immediate needs of hunger, teaching culinary skills, and nurturing growth in a sustainable and impactful way.
Program Overview
The Culinary Apprenticeship Program (CAP) is designed to empower individuals who are unemployed or underemployed by providing them with a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth. CAP offers a 6-week subsidized work experience, totaling 10-15 hours per week, combining professional development with hands-on training in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchen.
